I found this on Forbes, it looks like McDonald, our new Director. This gives a little more info on him.

His principal focus has been in the financing and development of growth companies in the high-tech and resources sectors, and he has had numerous appointments to corporate boards. He has devoted much time to committee work in the investment sector, as well as to public affairs, including a lengthy tenure as a director of the Quebec Industrial Development Corporation. Mr. McDonald currently works as a private consultant.
