INTIGOLD MINES LTD. DIRECTOR RESIGNS AND NEW DIRECTOR JOINS BOARD
Duncan Bain resigned as a director of Intigold Mines Ltd. on Jan. 11, 2012.
The company is pleased to announce that Lloyd C. Brewer has been elected to Intigold's board of directors, effective today. The current directors of the company are as follows:
- Lori McClenahan;
- Murry Braucht;
- Tina Whyte;
- Lloyd Brewer.
Mr. Brewer brings to Intigold more than 30 years of international experience in the mineral exploration business.
In announcing the appointment of Mr. Brewer, Lori McClenahan, president of the company, stated, "As we continue our growth, we are pleased to have Lloyd Brewer's extensive experience in the mineral exploration business join our board."
