If Bain was forced to resign or quit because he did not agree with the news release

Thats a scenerio that I've never heard. My speculative thoughts are that Bain has issues from the past, that were just posted today, that makes him look unfavorable to be a director for SLI. From what I've heard he was in total agreement to resign.
