How Much Does This Board Affect the Share Price

There seems to be numerous pieces of information that appear on the board, posted by various people that IMO affect the share price on a day to day basis.

For example the posting of a "blackout" for management lead to an immediate run up in the share price even though there was no official release of such a blackout. Now with many expecting a clarifying release and none is forthcoming the share price is falling back.

There aer other instances again IMO. I am throwing this out for discussion if any are interested
