I would not read too much into the last market buy. It simply could have been a single individual on the fence that decided that he or she wanted to take a position.

As I see it....nothing has changed since the NR...and many are on the fence as there is volatile trading, more and more questions than answers and a whole lot of rhetoric involving many positive, negative and neutral spins...doing not much more than muddying the waters for anyone on the fence about buying or selling a long position.
