Well put Kemo, I never thought about the size before, 5000 acres doesn't mean anything to me but 8 sections is a very large piece of land to evaluate with 11 holes. 18 miles just to walk around the perimeter. This is not a small plot this is a huge piece of real estate, and may be worth more than land in Tokyo.
