So if someone was invested heavily at the cut off date to earn havilah shares, but they sold everything at this last drop in SP, are they still entitled to havilah shares, or are they out? I am still in long, but I do know a couple that ran last week, so I am just curious if they get Havilah shares, or do you need to be long and still invested to get the Havilah shares?
