I think FAR more important than timely (as much as I would like to see news soon) is a NR that is...

1. complete not partial results with supporting analysis

2. professionally written

3. concise and void of any vague remarks left for interpretation

4. thoughtfully assembled not hastily prepared.

If it does not meet those 4 criteria...I don't want to see it...no matter how fast they can make it hit the wire.
