Further to this post, we were trading at $2.10 the day she put that release out. If she believes Havilah IPO, s at .10 cents, then she must have thought SLI with just the Peruvian properties, were worth more than $2 per share then, before we were drilling. Here is an excerpt from that release, with the link to the release below that;
“Management and board of directors of St. Elias believe that the current market price of the Company’s shares does not adequately reflect the underlying value of its British Columbia mineral properties. The proposed spinout is an excellent opportunity for shareholders to maximize the value of their St. Elias holdings” stated Lori McClenahan, President and CEO of St. Elias."

The only thing that has changed fundamentally for the worst since then is; I can,t think of one thing.
Unless you call these bad.
1)We got a spin out hopefully approved shortly, with new shares on top of our existing SLI shares.
2)We have recently proved that we have gold/mineralization at depths greater than what was previously know from the 100m deep adits.
3) We have a stronger and larger BOD in the sense of recognition and reputation. No disregard meant toward Duncan or Allan,by me.
4) Tesoro was an advanced gold play, this is stated on our SLI website since last Sept, we have progressed much further since then.
IMO
