Whether or not there was an information leak on assay information is something that I have no way of knowing, and believe me, few people talk to management more than me!
If there was a leak and someone sold on that information, then that is trading on insider information and highly illegal on top of being irresponsible.
However, the possibility exists the the trader that started the demise was acting on his own intuition no different than what Grumpy01 explained to us in his situation and sold his shares simply because he didn't like the direction things were taking. This situation is just as possible as the conspiracy theory of leaked information. Some on this board would be calling this "Speculation" and calling for someones head had this been in the pumping category. Talking negative is just as dangerous as talking positive if its incorrect.
Leaked info may or may not be true but still only speculation. If I hear down the road that someone was charged for trading on insider info, then I'll eat my words. I'm still in for the long ride.
