In a Panamanian paper today was an article from the Woeld Ecomonic Forum in Davos, Switzerland. The jist of the article (it was a poor translation to English) was that "Latin America was seen as an oasis of stability" The presidents of PERU, Panama and Mexico held a dinner for major multi-national companies to promote world wide interest in mining in their respective countries. It also stated that Peru is trying to get Qantas to have direct flights between Australia and Peru to increase trade, especially in the raw material sector.

Just thought it was an interesting article that may bode well for a future buyout for SLI
