I'll admit that I'm not very impressed with her public appearances either, but I have it on good authority that she is formidable in her environment.

I can't really imagine how intimidating it must feel to be in that kind of spotlight (i.e. on camera). The last time I faced a situation like that, the only right answer was "Yes, your Honour" (just kidding, really, never been there, not me......
