First, welcome.
Second, thanks for a well written post. It's articulate and well written. You make a couple of good points, but I don't entirely agree (not bashing you, just not in agreement).
I think it's important to remember that Lori is not the one in control of this situation. The FOX people (the interviewers and the producers) are. They had their own agenda today, which is not related in any way to what St Elias is or is doing. This was a puff piece about women in the boardroom, and they called her in because she is one.
I see this as a positive interview, if only because it gives Lori face time on TV. When it's tmie for her to go out with her own real message (the BIG announcement) the business networks will pay attention, if only because it's from that "female gold mining CEO that we had on the air a few weeks ago". When it's her show I think we will see the strength of character that we expect from our CEO.
All of this is my opinion only. However, I am sincere about the welcome and thanks for contributing.
