I hope your reasoning is correct. It feels like we are sitting ducks with the stock down where it is now. If someone wanted to make a play for SLI now would be the time (except for the fact that the results aren't in, as you say, to warrant a bid). Kind of a game of chicken for us ,but probably not for Lori if she knows more about the results than we do. I think you are correct so I'm adding to my position and waiting for something to come out to boost this stock rapidly as I've alluded to in previous posts (shorts will run like raped chickens if something positive comes now). Remember also that contingent offers are made all the time in buyout situations. JW
