Keep in mind, the opinions on this site are for the most part speculation and are not necessarily the opinions of the company WITHOUT PREJUDICE
"I didn't look this up Hobbes but at one point they would have bought 950,000 shares in a P.P. and along with them came 950,000 warrants that are typically (for SLI) 2 year terms. Not sure which year they're in but it's one price for the first year and a higher price the second year. Whichever year they're in, the price now is 0.45, so if they come up with $427,500 dollars, they can buy them. If they dont buy them then they disappear. (if they're at the end of the second year)"
That could very well be part of why insiders sold some shares on the open market. To further increase their holdings, therefore gaining more power in St. Elias Mines. That and funding of Havilah. I did not know Havilah had to be funded. I thought they would just sell shares of Havilah to fund it. This again would make Havilah stronger by not dilluding it.
That was my try at speculation.....
Ok. I will go back to FACTS NOW.
