Also, people keep in mind that the NR last night might have been viewed as nothing. But, to me, it was 2 things.

1)An update as to what was going on with the spin-out, as it seemed to be taking a long time.

2) A reminder to existing shareholders, that there was a chance to increase the Havilah shares through the SLI shares, but the time is getting limited.
