Sculpin,

I see you speculated that they may give us warning a week in advance as to the record date deadline. As Im thinking you have seen spinouts happen is it common to let shareholders know in advance of the date or will they spring it on us after market close as early as today?

Am I correct to speculate that the NR yesterday could very well have been our warning?
