Alberta surfer........ My wife often wondered why I would bother looking at businesses or real estate I couldn't afford. I would go so far to research and create a business plan in some cases. Speculating and researching 'dreams' over the years has been also educating me and preparing me for the future. And , in fact, all that wasted research and speculating has put me in a comfortable position as I did invest in business and real estate that I likely wouldn't have taken a risk on if I hadn't, you know, wasted all that time when I couldn't afford it...................... I'm not trying to speak in riddles here, I'm just supporting those people who try to think outside the box. The neysayers and doomsday's I have as little time for as you do with the speculators. Even if we are all being led down the garden path, the positive, speculative ideas and thoughts shared here will always be examples to me as how to step back and re-think, re-analyze an investment such as this. Many disagree with my thoughts, and thoughts of others, but the purpose and logic makes perfect sense to me............ If this flops, there's not much we can do. But if it does start to show great asssays, I will be interested in what some of the speculators think, and be far less inclined to see much value in the Investors that jumped on the bandwagon and are pissed now because they didn't do their homework, or can't handle the heat.............. I'm expecting some tuff decisions in the future on what the value of this property may be if those results show well. There seams to be an awful lot of people ready to jump off the bandwagon should a lowball offer arise.
