With regards to the use of the word "mass," yes I used it as a descriptive word. I did not mean it in terms of weight. My apologies.

And yes, Mr. Hobbes, this information is my opinion based on observing drill results for years. I know since it is not fact you will all dismiss it and call it "nonsense" as one poster all ready did. Regardless of what you think of my post or me, those guidelines do work, and in all likelyhood factual guidelines probably don't exist (please prove me wrong because I'd like to see them).

If you believe they are "nonsense" then I ask that someone post better guidelines, because it would appear there are people who read this board who don't know the difference between exellent, mediocre and poor drill results.
