Why would Lori even bother to spin off Havilah, if the Tesoro was gonna be a bust?

Why would she hire/increase our SLI team?

I don,t believe these are signs of a company about to be stagnant for a long period of time?

Lori must have every degree of confidence in SLI and our properties to stop work on Vilcoro and focus entirely on Tesoro.
