I agree Nomad! But I gotta say, $38-106/oz in the ground would be a huge disappointment. Someone once told me that 25% of market price is usually in the ball park, and each property of course has it's pros and cons for mining that would affect a purchase offer...but I could see $300 being a strong possibility IMO.
