Good morning !

First off it was also a pleasure to meet some long time investors who I have only spoke to on the sites or over the phone in the past, great to put some faces with some name's. For myself personally I had a great time at the meeting and enjoyed listening to Murray and Alice and there experinces over the past little while with SLI. There were a lot of long faces there last night and of course with recent happenings I can see why, but one thing for sure nobody left thinking that we were not still on the path to what SLI was set out to do in the first place. That being said I agree the meeting remained very postive and some great questions were asked.

Remember Murray does not have all the anwsers, and even if he did we should all know by now there are SEC rules to follow.

1. (Spin off)

Murray could not provide us with a date to when this would be completed but hoped it would be completed in the short weeks to come. Shared with us that everything is done on there end and they are just waiting on everything to be finalized. So fingers crossed we have a NR very shortly.

2. ( Lack of News )

See now this is a tough one for Murray because Lori does not share this with anyone so only she really knows when the NR will start coming out more frequently. It was asked if maybe the Spin off was holding things back and that very might well be a possiblity at this point but Murray did not know for sure. Murray did how ever comment that when news starts coming were are going to see at least 4 holes a month and this is the plan to what he has been told, he broke it down for everyone there pretty clearly. And even if Murray was aware of pending NR's and what they containted he could not share that with us anyways.

3. ( Divids vs Buyout )

This was brought up a few times last night and I'm going this alone because nobody really knew how this would unfold to be honest. Were mixed on this to how SLI was going to move foward with a partial sell of the Peru properties or all at once. At the moment were proving up the flagship, and that all I could get from that. So lets actually see what the drills provide for us then worry about that. JMO ..

4. ( Quantec )

They are starting to make leaps and bound about what they are doing in the minning world and there are some pretty bold statements on there new website. Murray was pretty excited about the realtionship we have with them and for those that don't know they were at the PDCA and talking alot about us. Barrick has been using them and having nothing but success and the entire minning world is starting to take notice. So when Murray was asked if this would be the future of minning and the ( Majors ) were taken notice of SLI the answer was a very big YES !! and A very big YES ... A number of majors have been apporaching Lori. This should be very excited to all us invested with SLI. Time will tell but I feel we already know what is there now just time to prove it up.

5. ( Drilling )

K it was asked last night why we didn't start to drill from the middle out? Murray explained that we are starting to drill from one side on the anomly to the other. We have covered this before but only hole 6 touched the anomly and even then all 11 holes hit gold. I'm not going to go to deep into this because if you feel you want a better explaination to what the method to the maddness is call Murray he would love to explain it to you.

6. ( Trenching )

Yes Trenching results will come out with drilling results in the months to follow.

7. ( first 100 metere )

People that have not already and doubt what we have really need to take a look at the first 100m of what we found. The proof is there and Murray really hit this hard which I'm sure alot of you have heard if you have ever been to a B&B before. Quantec and Paul and some others can pretty much go on the record and say they have never seen this before. This can taken what ever way you feel you want to but for myself and most of the people there and Murray the first 100m is a huge sign to what is down below. I'm very much looking forward to the next few months.

8. ( New Directors )

Murray has not had alot of contact with our new team memebers but would very might like to point out they would not join SLI to smear there names and destroy there reputation they have built for many years. They came to SLI for a reason and if you listen to Lori in her CC she pretty much spells it out for you why they were hired.

9. ( price )

Murray was asked of there was any price that Lori would really consider as a great offer and provide that info to us. Murray pointed out that there is no price limit and nothing like that has ever been spoken about. Lori has a plan and only she knows it. But that being said we need to let the drills do our talking for us. Quantec is amazing but at this stage in the game drill results still trump anything.

10. ( being postive )

For all us we just really need to stay postive and support each other and SLI because this affects all of us. We might not like the hold up on news or some comments made by Lori but what is coming on here or trashing talking the company going do for our investment? I'll tell you ( NOTHING ) .. Don't get me wrong I have my days were I shake my head like everyone else but bashing and trashing Lori is not going get us to our goal any faster. Example looks like we had a nice start to the morning and I'm sure some buying was done from some of last nights crowd. When the price goes up there is always a warm fuzzy feeling around here. People all have there own agendas thats fine but if we all want the same results then we should all stick together. If your here to bash this company what is that going do fo anyone ( it's self serving ) You only thinking about yourself and not the other 1000's of SLI investors out there. Now is not the time to be divided .. now is the time to be a team more then ever ! Were getting closer to the finish line everyday and with results around the corner, there is exciting times to come. And if this does not turn out the way we wanted well every person has the power to make there own choice.

JMO ... I'm very excited for the months to follow ...
