I think you are way off base with this one. this is not about a "move" at all. We are way too far past initial drilling not to see results and I stongly believe she must have already seen them. Since she is legally required to make them public there can only be one reason why they have not been released legally. this is an NDA with a third party. i.e. a third party has first rights to see the resluts in ordr to formulate an independent valuation...

I cannot think of any other legal reson how Lori can withhold information.
