I think any SP correction due to the Havilah spinoff is already built into the SP since any lost value would have been recognized between the time the official announcement was made and now.
I think it is fairly safe to assume that the spin-off itself will not affect SP unless some new significant elements to the deal not previously announced gets announced, which I think is very unlikely.
Any SP movement will come in the form of speculation by investors that the Havilah spinoff is the precursor to the release of new news...specifically drill results.
I certainly do not know if it will play out that way(nor does anyone else), but the SP being driven up or down will be solely on the expectation of shareholders that news will start to flow soon after the Havilah spinoff completion...if news comes and it is percieved as positive the SP will rise...if no news or news that is percieved as negative comes out...the SP will fall or stagnate.
