The shallow drilling may be finished in 2-3 weeks, then a month at least for analysis. This does not necessarily mean that the deep drills would start that soon as they may be spoken for some months. Thus the September date may still be in place if there were to be a four months delay in getting the deep rigs to Tesoro. In the meantime (i.e. summer) I would expect more surface results. In any case, buyers waiting for the low point have probably already missed it.
