I apologize for passing on more hearsay, but I just spoke with Tina at SLI today regarding the spin off; she told me she is still working on the private placement shares and that everything is still couple of weeks away. She mentioned there will be a press release once everything is finalized.

So stop holding your breath for this week/next week.

I also confirmed that the effective (that is in the near future – hopefully) will be the date where SLI will look at how many shares you own and award you the Havilah shares (you previously though the shares were allotted as of the Nov 2011 date).
