we still have no dates as far as effective date and trading date so i feel this nr will be a stall tactic. hope im wrong. regardless it is sooo nice to see some communication to the shareholders so kudos to management for that. I have to give credit where credit is do but I dont feel this is the nr we were all waiting for..
