CDN, I said in my post it may only be fantastic, as well as the title of the post, "just a thought", should imply thats merely all it was.We all agree that news/results have not been as fluent as they should for a Venture company and many times the question is asked why. We can speculate as much as we want because thats all we have at this time. In my posts I use words like if, maybe and IMO. I don,t know how more clear on this that I could be , that it is only my opinion.

Everyone has been told by me before, use your own discretion and do whats best for you. You guys think for yourself, as you have and you are now, I am merely offering my thoughts, if they are worth anything to anyone. IMO, we are fighting something powerful in our sp that seems out of the norm for the amount of DD we have done here and the evidence. I have said countless times that I feel Lori may be able to justify herself in the end for the queer things that have been happening in regards to news/results. Why would a CEO hold back news for a Venture company, when news is required to maintain a strong sp to get funding and retain a shareholder base? A pretty simple concept hey, but yet it is happening. It would be ludicrous for any CEO to do this, they would risk losing their company and any credibility in future endevours. For a CEO to risk this, for me, has 2 explanations.

1) The CEO is not very competent and doesn,t care about what happens to its shareholders or her company.

1) Now for me just reading #1, I have to shake my head and can,t believe for a second that #1 would be the most logical explanation for what has been going on. Again, everyone has their own opinion and thought process, this is only mine. Lori is not a dumb person and it has been said that she is a very determined woman to succeed, and she has said herself, that her opinion is strong. Having said that, does this appear to be a CEO that would allow #1 to happen? I don,t believe, and she wants very much for SLI to succeed as much as us.Why would she do a PP at $1.80 and let the sp nose dive and languish and still put out little info, when she could have put out simple non material news such as , if we found any new veins? I do see care for her shareholders expressed in the many hints that have been put out via the SLI website, financials, etc. I see her recent presentation and update in Calgary was another attempt at communication with her shareholders, although, for some reason, she was limited to what she could say. And, for what it is worth, I have a feeling that she had more to say at that update, but something changed between the time it was announced and the day of the presentation. So, for me, she is doing what she can.

2) The CEO is confident, capable but is restrained to release substantial info for some reason.

2) To me, #2 makes the most sense.

I believe Lori is bound by something causing her actions. She always has put out continuous precise news before the Quantec images became public domain in our latest 43-101. Since then, her ways have become peculair and any news that could have helped support the sp or give a rise to, was almost non existent. IMO, that Quantec was a powerful bit of info that any geo would look at in excitement when they plotted actual surface results to the images. Having said that,I believe the Quantec alone may have drawn much interest from the industry and some talks got underway. Remember it was said that 2 approaches were made by interests and that one other company was asked to leave our property. This should verify the interest.

We batted this around for the last 9 months, but the only thing that makes the most sense is that for some reason, she can,t release all the info. If, she cannot release the info, it puts our CEO in a very awkward position with her shareholders. To me, this best explains what has been going on.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

As I have said before, it would be the most detrimental thing for Lori to lose her loyal shareholder base. If the controlling interest of companies shares gets in the wrong hands, she and us lose. It is definitely in hers and ours best interests to stay united at this time for the common benefit and to maximize value. If there is any distance between shareholders and management, this has to be corrected shortly. The delicate balance of the voting shares has to be maintained at this maybe precarious time, and to do this, communication gaps have to be closed as much as they can. Lori is gonna have to give us what she can, which she may very well be doing now. If she is bound not to release any significant info, then her only other means is to communicate anything that she can, which to most, looks like nothing anyway. So, if she is in this predicament, she will be in an agitated state, trying to hold a shareholder base, when her most powerful tools are taken away from her, significant sample results.

As for management,I find Murry very sincere and accountable to the shareholders that he talks to and he does his best to keep them informed of any non material things going on. As for Lori, I have spoken with her a few times and have to say, between the few discussions and watching and listening to any videos/audios, that she is very competent in running the company. If she has an ego, this has to be put aside right now and she has to embrace her shareholders and become closer together. She cannot let an ego, or anything else stand in the way of making this company succeed. I would say that she realizes this, and that her Calgary meeting was a prime example of her trying to bridge the gap. We all have to work on this together, it can,t be one sided. The more we believe in Lori, and her in us, the better the chances of our success. She will be the main one going to a bargaining table, IF we have something worth going there for, and she cannot be distracted or have feelings of tension from her shareholders at that time. I believe the longs will understand what I am saying, for the ones that haven,t been around long, you should be able to understand what I am saying. IF we are not going to a bargaining table down the road, it still doesn,t change how we should be together. If anything, we will need the unity regardless to help support our investment and attract new investors. Its your choice, sell if you want, or help support your investment, if you believe.

Good will prevail here, we just have to get everyone on the same right track, and start the train. Throw differences aside and help start this train moving down the track. We can do it, together.

IMO
