The SLI resignation made a bit of sense to me, especially if his efforts are being concentrated in the field. Going to the odd number of directors makes sense.

But, now with IGD, having him leave, and then be replaced, goes against that theory, because they remain at an even number of directors. Unless someone else is also coming on board?

Maybe, hopefully, one day this will all make sense?
