It is my understanding that Lloyd is simply to focus more attention on the property and it is not a case that he was away from it...in fact I understand he already spends almost all his working time on the property. It is a case that as a director he would have responsibilities such as attending meetings etc. that would draw him away from the property and as such would not benefit the company as much as being present on the property.
I wouldn't read too much into the NR. I am pretty sure it is business as usual for the most part and Lloyds responsibilities in the company have just been redefined to be entirely focused on the drill program which is more a benefit to the company than his role as a director taking up portions of his time.
