The shareholders own the company( not sli)

According to the Dec 21/2011 notice of annual general meeting of IGD there were 21,754,964 shares issued and outstanding. Of these Lori controlled 2,860,332 and Murry controlled 1,658,834 shares. This totals 4,519,166 shares and is 20.77% of the total shares outstanding at this time. They have since done a PP and I guess the percentages would have changed at that time
