Longball. Lori is not supposed to give any info to any one shareholder that is not public info., so she will tell me nothing IMO until she can release that info to everyone.
The solution in my mind is for Lori to hold an investors Q&A session on line so that all shareholders would be able to benefit from questions asked. She could do this once a month or after every important NR to clear up any questions of the shareholders. She could easily limit the questions to about 10, so that she would not be overwhelmed. Large companies that have analyst following do this on line with only the analysts asking the questions.
She could also update the shareholders on the business plan going forward and explain the results just presented! Something that I have noticed a few posters have requested.
There is no way that she would have to divuldge any confidential info if she felt it would hurt her ability to maximize the company value in a sale (remember our share price just fell 85% or so after just two reports,so what's to hurt).
Think of what I am proposing as an on line corporate presentation (whenever needed) which would be available to all shareholders no matter where they live. Thoughts? JW
