I have an engineering background and understand your interpretation, however I think there is a bit more to this technology. Do you not think Quantec would have taken this into consideration?

I think the blob could be more of a cluster effect. that is a concentration of smaller veins that could appear as a single body. This initself is not a bad thing in that the density of the veins can still provide a very high gold concentration albeit less than a solid mass of gold...
