Lawrence Roulston (of Resource Opportunities) says the top 40 largest mining companies are sitting on $105 billion in cash. He says in the 60's the average grade for a gold mine was 12 grams per ton....Today 1.3 grams per ton! Further ...last year a mid-tier producer paid a whopping half a billion dollars for a sub 1 gram per ton gold deposit in British Columbia.
It appears we're still in the game big time, especially if we can prove something like 12 grams per ton. Keep the faith and as we have learned we need to be patient. It's not going to happen overnite and it may not be 12 grams per ton, but something in between still sounds like a big score to me! Find the gold Lori and all this trauma will fade away like a dream.
