Hyper I know you are upset but may i suggest taking a breath. With regards to postponing Havilah, I think this makes sense and actually have told people I wish it would not move forward for a quite a while now. regardless of the reasons why or who is responsible we are sitting at $.20 with no deal in the immediate future (based on the incomplete and partial results released thus far) that I am aware of to buy one or all of the Peru properties. Why then would SLI spin off assets to another company that will begin a large burn rate from day one paying lawyers, exchange fees, accountants and auditors etc when the company is not needed currently? I think waiting until a possible deal is close or on the table is more likely and market conditions improve is the smart choice.

I can't comment on the temp drilling halt because I don't know how much info they have currently. I can speculate ...a lot...but I don't really know. Taking time to review your incoming data and assessing your next targets to plan your next steps are always part of an ongoing exploration program. Who knows maybe we will get lucky and find that one of the outstanding drill holes has hit the big one meaning more drilling is not required. Hey I can dream..lol!!
