remeber a hostile big has to declare their intention once they hit 10% of the float or 12 million shares. To buy up that much i suspect the price would climb up to 3 or 4 bucks at least especially once the market starts moving. Likely a tender offer would be made at 20-30% above the market to try and pick up more shares, afterall they do need control.
