Mr henderson, you are forgetting much in making your statements on shorting, and being honest here, I think you are downplaying this and know of more and different ways of the shorting tecnique.
If you keep in mind that this is a very tightly held stock, there should be most likely a non short position on us. Its ok to short stocks when done as a risk of being wrong, but when its done as an intent to push a stock down, this becomes very questionable. The MM,s are allowed to do this as it is part of their job, to move a stock up or down and to provide liquidity.But, the smaller participants, like us muppets, are always taken advantage of, which then throws into question, the integrity of the markets. We have a director with connections to at least one exchange, if not all, in Canada, because he sat on the board. I hope Lori explains the situation to him so he may be able to help, with what looks like an intentional short on our stock. It would be in his best interests as well as the muppets.Maybe thats why we have him for a new director, to help clean this mess up?
