IMO, SLI has a very strong case here by the little details revealed in this news. Mr Fuller would have to have something very substancial before a lawyer would consider taking this any further,and I can,t really guess of anything that could pertain to the breach of contract that would be in Mr Fullers favour. Gerally, a breach of contract is usually pretty simple regardless of the circumstances/excuses.
