Dynacor Mines inc.- Acari Property: An Independent
Report Confirms Inferred Resources of 1,145,340 Metric
Tons Grading 16.4 G/T Au

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--Dynacor Mines is very pleased to be able to
announce inferred resources of 1,145,340 metric tons grading 16.4
g/t Au, adding up to 606,611 ounces of gold on its Acari Property
in Peru. The table below presents the breakdown per vein of these
resources.

Mr Alain Beauregard, chief geologist, and Mr Daniel Gaudreault, a
mining engineer, both of Geologica Groupe Conseil, have
independently audited the resource calculations that were done
by the company's technical team on the Acari Property in the
Summer of 2002. It should be underlined that only three of the 10
known gold-bearing veins have been included in the above resource
calculation and that these three veins were sampled and studied
on only a part of their total length.

The resource calculations are based on extensive sampling (trench
and channel samples) both on the surface and within the
galleries. Samples were taken every 10 and/or 20 metres on the
surface and every 5 metres in the galleries. Each sample weighing
between 2 and 3 kg was ground down to approximately 100 mesh and
then analysed by fire assay in the company's laboratories. The
depth of the veins was estimated by surface observations between
the base and top of the mountain. Generally, in the Nazca-Ocona
mining camp, the depth of a given vein has been found to equal
half of its total length.

Gold mineralisation is generally associated to pyrite in quartz
veins or is closely associated to these veins. Gold
mineralisation may also occur in the absence of quartz veins and
is, in this case, associated to pyrite found in silicified shear
zones and quartz vein-host rock (granodiorite).

Dynacor requested that Geologica Groupe Conseil write an
independent report on the estimated inferred resources for the
three above mentioned veins. No drilling has been carried out on
these veins and no indicated or measured resources have been
calculated. The calculation of the inferred resources conforms to
National Instrument 43-103 and corresponds CIM's definition dated
August 20, 2000.
