Agreed LB, but there's no way she'll want to be ousted as director of SLI, so I would hope that she's planning on doing something to move this forward before then.

Her move to pull out of Portugal was very professional and responsible.

But all of the events surrounding the Tesoro and SLI seem to fall short of that IMO, and that's WHY we have the speculating and the managerial disputes.

If she was able to walk away from a non-economical property before and act in the best interests of the shareholders, then she should be able to responsibly walk away from the Tesoro as well, but she hasn't and we have this "Gong Show".

Much about these circumstances makes me believe that the Tesoro is far from a bust.
