Lori should resign............51 votes

All in our opinions and there was no way for anyone to vote as undecided. Sorry.

Conclusion as I see it, as well as recommended actions Lori should take on Tuesday:

1) Announce a new drilling program at Tesoro to prove the gold (hopefully Lori has not been vacationing while the shareholders are getting creamed and the new program is all ready to go!)

2) Resolve your differences with Murry Braucht and rehire him immediately (this one act will make at least 100 shareholders think you've finally seen the light and are listening to the shareholders. Watch for immediate buying with this act!

Watch your share price climb next week if you take both these actions.

Lori, It appears according to this test that the shareholders are unhappy with your managment of SLI. Take action now or suffer the possible loss of control in the future. How simple it is to restore confidence.

All it takes is a competent CEO who listens and takes action. Are you that CEO? Look in the mirror and ask yourself that question? If the answer is yes then take action now......if no then I also think you should just resign.

Remember all of the great public company CEOs make their shareholders wealthy. It's part of the game and makes you into a very, very famous and well respected leader (think Steve Jobs and Bill Gates). You won't need a PR company to tell the world how great you are either. Your shareholders will do it for you!
