To answer your question simply....

I will vote "no" to any motion that will continue to have Lori making decisions on behalf of me and my fellow shareholders and "no" on any director nominations that will maintain a controlling inner circle on the Board of Directors. To date there has been no indication that Lori or the BOD have done anything to support my investment and only countless actions and lack of action having a contrary effect.

The single most important FACT that EVERYONE with a vote must understand is:

Good Drill Results...DO NOT EQUAL...Good management. Period.

Anyone who thinks otherwise is horribly misguided in their thinking.

In my mind, the big question...if good results are someday released...is not whether all is forgiven, but the following:

Do you feel Lori is the best choice to rebuild value and negotiate a possible buyout and do you trust that she will act 100% in your best interests and maximize shareholders value in any final buyout?
