I would like to ask the hub leaders or maybe some of the experienced posters to walk us thru the process from recieving paperwork to voting to AGM. I admit I have NOT voted in the past. CIBC has always sent me the St Elias mines paperwork to vote without me even asking for it. What I have learned is : IF YOU DON'T VOTE- YOUR VOTE (each share you own) AUTOMATICALLY SUPPORTS MANAGEMENT. So, of management pushes for anything that you may disagree with, your NON VOTE actually counts as a vote YES for management. AND THIS WILL BE THEE MOST IMPORTANT AGM IN SLI HISTORY. Please please, take responsibility this year. My wife and I Definitly will be taking steps to ensure our voice is heard: we are going to vote our shares in a direction that will see change.
