Excellent point BB. ........ Vilcoro shows a lot of promise and EIS is done, approved.... DRILL READY for a year now is it not? Yet all resources are still focused on a 'dead play': the Tesoro. Not likely. Something is up........ So who's shares did I buy up? Loris? Who knows. Why is the SP staying at this level?
