I'm thinking Lori would have made some effort to support the sp to higher value before selling(liquidating?). I would almost lean towards her actions encouraging the decrease. With trenching/bulk samPles apparently sitting on site waiting (for what?) she could simply issue a news release stating her intent to finally process the samples..... So many avenues she has to potentially increase the sp- that considering the notion that she is liquidating because of a cash need. ............... If you agree, or can even consider what I am getting at, then you may understand why I'm not sure she is liquidating due to a lack of cash flow or an intent to fill the IGD PP. It just doesn't add up to me.
