I believe Murry Bracht is still a Director with SLI. He was removed as Vice-President.

Can anyone confirm that this is correct? The SLI website still lists him as a Director.

I don't know what this means as far as the nomination process goes. Since he is (maybe) still a Director, could he be nominated at the meeting to stand as the new President should the shareholders vote in favour of such a change?
