Well that would see us net only 4.5 million dollars on an increase of 50 million shares. And only 10 million dollars for almost half the company.

Here's the math on the 10 million dollars revenue number.

(50 million shares x .10/share = 5 million dollars) + (50 million shares x .125/share = 6.25 million) - (finders fee of 10% or 1.125 million) = roughly 10 million dollars into our company coffers for almost half of the company.
