Lori has a fiduciary duty to spend shareholders money wisely and in the best interest of the shareholders plain and simple. The $4.3 should of been spent on drilling and developing the properties for the shareholders not wasted on **** useless travel and prom. Just my opinion Lori so please don't sue me.

And to think I used to look up to you and trust you. Not sure where and why you went off the rails (so to speak) but I'm really disappointed.
