Please retain your composure and decency on this board.

This is not some dumb ass election, your investments depends on what happens here. I don,t appreciate seeing posters on here degrading them selves by calling Lori down to the lowest, you may become like what you are trying to fight here. We are good honest shareholders that are standing up for our beliefs and our rights, lets keep a high degree of decency into this. I know its hard for all involved and we have been through so much, but that still does not have to make us resort to low levels. Focus on the task at hand of retaining your composure as a human being and not resorting to some kind of sickening election tactics that are used by the less moral and ethical parties in some campagnes.

As you start receiving your proxies, hold on to them until we see what is on them and how we must act, there will be discussion so that investors can decide better whats best for them and how to vote. You have ample time to reveiw the proxy once you have it and nobody should be making hasty decisions on which way to vote, whereas more information or changes may become available over time.

Lets do this with professionalism under a high standard if the process lets us.
