Message: Voicing concerns

If you care about your investment and want to make your voice be heard by a wider audience, here are some links that you can send letters to. I know many have sent letters to numerous places, this post is for investors that have not sent letters, and wish to do so, but needed direction on where the letters needed to go. There may also be some new links that previous letter senders may not have seen, if you want, send letters to them, everything helps, the more the better.

You may want to put in these letters several points that you feel has hurt your investment or may in the future, voice your concerns. Avoid blaming this on any of the BOD,s personalities, but rather what their personalities may have did or not did in your best interests.

I am adding government links also here where letters may go if you wish. It wouldn,t hurt to alert them as a precautionary measure, besides, its their responsibilty also that investors best interests are kept in mind to help maintain integrity in these troubled markets. The integrity of the markets not only may affect SLI shareholders, it affects every Canadian Citizen, whereas your pension moneys are invested in these markets as well.

I am putting the Alberta Securities Commision contact info in here as well because many SLI investors are from there and it may be a voice to be utilized.

This link is globally, an excellent place for a letter, but name the exchange and ticker symbol and country. The TSX-V is the exchange, SLI is the ticker, and Canada is where the companies home office is. Also, U.S. shareholders can use their U.S. trading symbol, SELSF, on the OTN exchange. If the other foriegn investors from other countries need assistance in finding places to send their letters in their countries, they can contact me.

If anyone thinks of another good link or place our letters should go, please post it.

Here are a couple points that shareholders have brought up that you may want to use in your letters.

1) the proposed PP is a ridiculous dilution

2) unexceptable travel expenses, with no reason

3) no transparency for months, vaguely written news releases

4) CEO sold almost all shares while the stock has suffered a ~90% decline

5) there is nothing to justify the need for cash right now, we have 3 million in the bank including pre paid expense, plus its a very inopportune time to do this from the present sp. Definitely not in the best interests of shareholders!

Some U.S. links for letters.
